the food??! that was the softest, juiciest croffle ham and Swiss sandwich i’ve ever had!! it had lettuce and tomato with it. i loved the veggies!! and a garlic aioli spread that was just so moist but not at all greasy!! the croffle itself was very nice, crunchy outside but soft, fluffy inside. very well done! it was served alongside a nicely complementing crunchy mix of sweet plantains, sweet potato, and sweet yucca chips. I got a mocha with oat milk and whipped cream and it was also very nicely made and presented in a nicely sized yellow mug. the atmosphere is very nice with mid-volume pop music, which is pretty good for conversations or just eating on your own. you can at least hear your own thoughts. the service was also very nice, as everyone was very friendly and all the staff that served were very accommodating and willing to help/provide. tables were also cleaned in a timely manner ready for turnover seconds after they were left by guests. will definitely be back!!!

Fluffy Fluffy Cafe absolutely lives up to the hype. The staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly very hardworking. I know some reviews mention the 15% service fee, but it is completely worth it for the level of service you receive. The pancakes were incredible unlike anything I’ve had before. We tried the signature, the matcha with white chocolate, and banana Nutella, and every flavor was delicious. I also love that they’re lower in sugar and higher in protein, which makes them feel like a healthier treat. We drove an hour for this (visiting from Ohio), and it was 100% worth it. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in Florida again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
